Presenter Julie McNamara will help participants address students’ common misconceptions about fractions as they guide their students in investigating and discussing fractions to expand and refine their understanding.
Supporting ELLs in Math, Grades K–5Four sessions presented by Kathy Melanese and Rusty Bresser. Designed by experts in ELL instruction, these webinars provide teachers of grades K–5 with models of lessons modified to support ELLs, and a step-by-step approach to adapt lessons and deepen mathematical understanding.
